Recently I purchased the oval cover for the oil drain plug. It clips in one side easy enough but the other has a circular hole in the cover and square hole on the underbody tray. Does anyone know what goes into that? The parts manager at the dealership couldn't find anything useful on the parts catalog he had.

I think this is the expanding nut but not sure. Does a bolt go into that? :
