Can't help with the latter, but as a conditioner, I love the Lexol Vinylex. Unfortunately it seems like it has been discontinued. When selecting a conditioner, pay special attention to how much shine the different products give, according to your taste. Detailers, myself included, typically prefer less to no- shine products.

What is your pick to replace the blue-bottle Lexol Vinylex? It does look like Vinylex is indeed discontinued, and Lexol's current leather cleaner + conditioner are not the same as the orange + brown bottles..
I just bought Mother VLR and it seems to require quick wipe-off or else it can leave white stuff on black trims.
