2013 BMW 328i xi (N26 engine)

While i was driving, fuel supply came up on my screen, the car will go into safe mode and i have to unplug the battery and plug it back in for it to work however after a while it will continue to do it over and over again until i let the car cool down and it will work perfectly fine again for about 4-5 hours before it start giving me the same fuel supply message.

I changed the fuel pump and the high-pressure fuel pump and i am still experiencing the same problem. any idea what possibly be wrong?

I also check the fuses that are located in the trunk, and they are apparently good.
