Front Bumper Help

I'm currently working out blacking out my entire 2016 535i F-10. Does anyone know what part I have circled in the picture I posted? It simply is a cover and comes off which I have done, I just need to order it in black or figure out if I need to paint it or not. Thanks

You'll need to paint them.

You could just apply black vinyl on those. Those silver parts come out as does the surround that you circled. Pry out the clips and then apply vinyl.
