IHKA coding evaporator pressure
Hi All, in my 430d GC I have the issue of the AC evaporator freezing over, as detailed in TSB SI-B64-06-13
I have a ISTA and ESYS setup, and have used ISTA for diagnostics and ESYS for coding. Have not used ISTA-P yet. Can i perform the action of “Activate conversion to raise the minimum evaporator temperature” myself, using ISTA-P or ESYS? How would I do that? can it be done without updating the entire car, since I don't have a power supply to do long coding actions? Edit: excuse the title of the topic, should say "temperature" |

OK thanks for the reply!
first time I used a HO-Wort. I have added the HO-wort "TEMP" to the FA list, written FA to car and then coded IHKA3. anything else? can I somehow check if the coding was done right? My next long drive is thursday, then I will find if it fixed the issue. |

so i tried to code it differently, i set the ANHEBUNG_TEMP_VD_MIN to offset_plus_3k. bcs i think it would prevent the freezing. is it okay? also i set TEMPERATURE_OFFSET to Offset_plus_3k i wonder if it would messed up the car 🙄 thanks! |
